Evaluation & Impact
Evaluation is an essential part of STEMpower Through Art, ensuring that all activities are meaningful, inclusive and aligned with the needs of young participants. Throughout the project, partners collect feedback through questionnaires, reflection journals, observation notes and discussions with youth, families and educators. These tools help us monitor progress, identify challenges and continually improve the quality of our workshops and mobilities.
The project also measures its wider impact on participants’ confidence, creativity, communication skills, social interaction and engagement in STEM+Arts activities. By analysing both quantitative and qualitative results, the consortium gains a clear understanding of how the project supports young people with diverse learning profiles and strengthens inclusive practices in all three countries.
The final evaluation brings together all evidence, success stories and outcomes, contributing to a strong sustainability plan that ensures the project’s methods and tools can continue beyond its duration.

🌍 Educational Scenarios for Inclusive STEM & Art Learning
Welcome to our curated collection of educational scenarios — practical, creative, and inclusive learning blueprints designed for both educators and young learners.
Each scenario is based on the real needs identified through our Needs Assessment and aims to foster participation, collaboration, and creativity across different learning styles and abilities.
🔹 For Educators:
Ready-to-use lesson outlines and interactive modules to support teachers and mentors in facilitating hands-on STEM and Art activities with diverse groups.
🔹 For Students:
Accessible, step-by-step experiences that invite young people to explore, imagine, build, and reflect — combining robotics, creativity, sustainability, and teamwork.
All scenarios promote non-formal learning, social inclusion, and the principles of child safeguarding and ethical education.

Dissemination & Community Impact
Throughout the project, dissemination activities played an essential role in sharing the project’s ideas, experiences, and results with the wider community.
Partners actively promoted the project through social media, local events, educational networks, school communities, workshops, presentations, and digital communication channels.
The dissemination process aimed not only to present the project outcomes, but also to inspire educators, youth workers, students, and local organisations to adopt more inclusive, creative, and collaborative educational practices.
Photos, videos, participant experiences, mobility highlights, workshops, project outputs, and international cooperation activities were continuously shared in order to maximise the visibility and long-term impact of the project across Europe.
Our dissemination activities continue beyond the mobility periods, supporting sustainability, awareness, inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and the wider promotion of Erasmus+ values.
👉 Explore our dedicated Dissemination Page to discover publications, media content, outreach activities, presentations, events, and the growing impact of the project within local and international communities.
